Private Garage

4 parking spaces about 200 meters from the Residence are available to our guests by reservation.
Our garage is not guarded but has a private entrance and is locked from the outside to guarantee the safety of your vehicle and belongings.

Taxi Service

From and to the airport or train station, or wherever you want to go at any time of day, we offer a punctual and courteous taxi service.

Hairdresser and beautician

Are you in Pistoia for an important event and need the help of a professional? Ask at the reception desk, we’ll set up an appointment for you with our trusted hairdresser or barber just a few steps from the Residence.

Keeping Fit

If you come often to Pistoia for work or you are a fitness fan ask at the reception desk. If you need to keep up with your personal fitness program during your stay, we can advise you on the perfect solution. Ask at the reception desk.

Guided tours of the city

By the Guide Center

Thanks to our partnership with the city’s Guide Center, you can book tours of the city with certified guides directly from the Residence. If you wish, we can book visits to museums, suggest itineraries or plan them together to make the most of your time in the city.

Vademecum for Guests

Breakfast

Your overnight stay includes breakfast which is served from 8.00 am to 10.00 am in the bar area of Osteria, at the ground floor of the Residence.

Children

Children under the age of 5, if they sleep in bed with their parents, pay only € 15.00 per night. Cots can be provided on request (for a fee).

Pets

Sorry, but they are not allowed in the Residence. For those who travel with their 4-legged friends, we can provide a dog sitter service.

Restaurant

The Osteria Bonodinulla is located on the ground floor of the building. Reservations suggested.

Access

The Residence occupies an historic 4-story building. Access to the upper rooms is by elevator excluding the top floor or stairs . Guests are provided with a key to the main door of the Residence for entrance at anytime.

Staff

Please contact the reception desk to inform us of your arrival time. The reception is not always present.

Check In - Check Out

Communication of arrival time is required;
- Reception hours: 8:00 - 15:00
- Check-in: from 14:30 pm to 15:00 pm
- Self Check-in: from 15:00 pm
- Check-out: from 8:00 am to 11:00 am
- For those who need it, free luggage storage is available;
- Identity documents (Passport or Identity Card) must be shown for registration (required by current legislation). Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the criminal code and authorizes us to request leaving the premises.
- The data of our guests is treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.

We speak Italian, English, French and Polish.

Parking Area

The Residence is located in the city center in a pedestrian area, our garage is about 200 meters from the property. The parking space is € 10.00 per night: places are limited so you must call to reserve a parking space

Rules of the Residence

  • Smoking is prohibited in the building.

  • It is strictly forbidden to accommodate additional guests other than those staying as declared at the time of check-in.

  • Baptistery | Residenza d’Epoca declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to objects of your property left unattended in the rooms and for any damage to people, animals or things to and from third parties.

  • Any damage caused by guests to furniture, equipment, furnishings, installations, fixtures and walls of the Residence must be declared and refunded immediately to the manager of the Residence.

  • All charges in case of customer default will be applied directly using the credit card details provided by the customer at the time of booking.

  • In case of loss or damage of the keys the guests are required to reimburse the same.

  • The keys that are given to you at check-in are what makes you autonomous to enter and leave the residence, and gives you access to your room. Keep them carefully. They should not be kept in your pocket and should not be folded.

  • We do not answer any disruption due to total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection not dependent on our will.

  • We are not responsible for the disruption any of services that are out of our control such as:  total or partial lack of electricity, water, telephone or internet connection

Living with respect for the environment

We are sure that you will be perfect guests, respectful of our spaces, our neighbors and the environment, but here are some tips and recommendations:

  • Use the toilets properly, avoid throwing anything into the toilet, note that there are special bins for refuse.
  • Do not leave battery chargers connected when not in use.

Reservations and Payments

You can book through our online booking system. To guarantee your reservation it is necessary to use one of the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro, Cartasì and Bancomat .. The balance can be made – even once arrived inside the Residence – by bank transfer, debit card, credit card or cash.

Cancellation Policies

For ordinary rates, there is no penalty in case of cancellation at least 2 days before the date of check-in.
The cancellation of the booking after this deadline or non-presence at check-in will result in a penalty equal to the entire sum of the first night of booking.
Any changes subsequent to check-in will result in the original total charge.
For offers or extraordinary rates, the cancellation of the reservation or the non-presence at check-in will result in a penalty equal to the entire sum of the reservation.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast

We see breakfast as a lovely rendezvous: with the city and with good food. Our Tuscan style buffet breakfast is served in the Osteria, on the ground floor of the Residence, directly accessible from the rooms through a convenient internal lift.
